Due to the nature of fragrances, slight variations in packaging or scent batches may occur.

• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
  
• NOIRE SCENTS reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability (customers will be refunded in full).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:

• The wrong item was sent
  
• The item arrived damaged or faulty
  

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear proof (photos/videos).

Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Refunds are only issued for approved returns.
  
• Processing times for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
  

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

NOIRE SCENTS is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
